trajectory.sodisol.com presents Trajectory, Ltd. (株式会社トラジェクトリー, Tokyo, Japan; https://www.trajectory.jp) and its products, including spatial mapping, an automated drone operation platform, and a 4D spatiotemporal management cloud database. Soylu Digital Solutions (SODISOL, https://sodisol.com), based in Turkey, operates this website as Trajectory's exclusive distributor and marketing partner in Turkey, Europe, and the Middle East. This policy describes how data is handled when you visit the website or contact us.
2. Data When You Visit the Website
You do not need an account to view the site. It has no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from the site itself; nothing is loaded from Google Fonts.
The site stores your selected language in your browser's localStorage (under a key managed by i18next) until you clear the site's data.
The website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver a page, Cloudflare processes request data such as your IP address, the requested URL, the date and time, and the browser or user agent and referrer sent with the request. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy. SODISOL does not run its own server logs for this site.
3. YouTube Videos
The About and Product pages show videos from Trajectory's YouTube channel. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click the video's play button. After you click, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, which is operated by Google LLC and Google Ireland. Google processes data under its privacy policy. If you do not click play, no data is sent to YouTube.
4. Email Enquiries
Contact is by email only; the site has no contact form. If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and the information in your message, and we use it to answer your enquiry. Email to [email protected] is handled by Proton Mail, operated by Proton AG in Switzerland, which processes it under its privacy policy.
If your enquiry concerns Trajectory's products, we may share it with Trajectory, Ltd. in Japan so that it can be answered. This is a transfer of personal data to Japan.
5. International Processing
Cloudflare and Google are international providers, and your data may be processed outside your country. Emails are processed by Proton AG in Switzerland; Switzerland has an EU adequacy decision. Enquiries shared with Trajectory, Ltd. are transferred to Japan, which also has an EU adequacy decision. See the privacy policies of Cloudflare, Google, and Proton.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can clear the stored language setting by clearing the site's data in your browser, and you can choose not to play YouTube videos.
We respond to data-subject requests within one month of receipt, as set out in GDPR Article 12(3). For complex requests, we may extend this by two further months and will notify you of the extension.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) to deliver the website and answer your enquiries; Article 6(1)(b) where your enquiry is about entering into a contract; and Article 6(1)(a), your consent, to load YouTube videos when you click play. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and portability where the legal conditions are met; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the authority where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.
